We wanted to call our record "Vemoedalen". Give the press something to write about. V. is the feeling you get when you take a picture of something beautiful, knowing that it has been photographed a thousand times before. It's the frustration and fear of realizing that everything has already been done. Still, we couldn't help ourselves and made yet another record with beautiful songs about love. This time without the fear and frustration. We just postponed everything until tomorrow. The pressure dropped, the heart went unharmed, peace and quiet settled in. There was time and place for everything.
We formed a band to play songs by Johnny Cash. Someone said they should not be sung by a woman. We decided to see what happens if they are. Johnny's spirit would visit us during the creation of this material, but we are no longer sure which Johnny it was.
