The Oranżada band was formed at the turn of 2001/2002, defining artistically the long-standing, not only musical, acquaintance of the three friends. For over three years the band actively performed concerts all over Poland, collecting favorable reviews. Oranżada performed at such events as the 2nd Alternative Art Festival The Best OFF at the Żak club (including: Lech Janerka, Ścianka, Marcin Dymiter, Tymon Tymański, Von Zeit, Pudelsi, Łódź Kaliska) or the unique Festival in Landscape 2004 in Inowłodz (including: Pathman, One Inch Of Shadow, Hati, The Band Of Endless Noise). At the same time, work on the Oranżada album was underway for the last two years. The vast majority of the material was recorded in September 2003 and the musical state from that period is reflected in the recordings. The basic, very classic instruments used by the band (guitar, bass, drums and vocal parts) on the album have been enriched with the sounds of synthesizers, organs, vibraphone, flute, and also specific sounds. The music oscillates around psychedelia, regardless of whether the means of expression are rock-like, krautrock, avant-garde or pop motifs. Significant elements of the composition are trance, noise, and improvisation.
What is most appealing both on the album and in Oranżada's music in general is the freshness, sincere emotional message and lack of calculation.
The album was recorded and mixed on equipment and instruments from the period and without the use of a computer in Wojcka Czerna's Rogalów Analogowy studio. This translates very strongly into an analog and unique sound and is a definite asset of this album.
So far, the only official release featuring Oranżada's recordings is Piotr Kaczkowski's compilation "minimax.pl", which was released in December 2003.

Zespół Oranżada powstał na przełomie lat 2001/2002 określając artystycznie długoletnią, nie tylko muzyczną, znajomość trójki przyjaciół. Przez ponad trzy lata zespół aktywnie koncertował na terenie całej Polski zbierając pochlebne recenzje. Oranżada występowała na takich imprezach jak II Festiwalu Sztuki Alternatywnej The Best OFF w klubie Żak (min.: Lech Janerka, Ścianka, Marcin Dymiter, Tymon Tymański, Von Zeit, Pudelsi, Łódź Kaliska) czy osobliwy Festiwal w Krajobrazie 2004 w Inowłodzu (min.: Pathman, One Inch Of Shadow, Hati, The Band Of Endless Noise).
Równolegle przez ostatnie dwa lata trwały prace nad płytą Oranżada. Doskonała większość materiału zarejestrowana została we wrześniu 2003 i właśnie stan muzyczny z tego okresu odzwierciedlają nagrania. Podstawowe bardzo klasyczne instrumentarium wykorzystywane przez zespół (gitara, bas, perkusja oraz partie wokalne) na płycie zostało wzbogacone o brzmienia syntezatorów, organów, wibrafonu, fletu, a także dźwięków konkretnych. Muzyka oscyluje w okolicach psychodeli, niezależnie od tego czy środkiem wyrazu są okołorockowe, krautrockowe, awangardowe czy też popowe motywy. Istotnymi elementami kompozycji są trans, noise, a także improwizacja.
To co najbardziej pociągające zarówno na płycie, jak i w muzyce Oranżady w ogóle, to świeżość, szczery przekaz emocjonalny i brak wyrachowania.
Płyta została zarejestrowana i zmiksowana na sprzęcie i instrumentach z epoki i bez użycia komputera w studiu Rogalów Analogowy Wojcka Czerna. Przekłada się to bardzo mocno na analogowe i osobliwe brzmienie i jest zdecydowanym atutem tej płyty.
Do tej pory jedynym oficjalnym wydawnictwem, na którym znaleźć można nagrania Oranżady jest składanka Piotra Kaczkowskiego „minimax.pl”, która ukazała się w grudniu 2003 roku.
