We present to you the reissue of the album Powstanie Warszawskie. The album has been remastered and the graphic design has been refreshed. This music, which is unique to us, was created over seven years ago and still does not lose its relevance. In the process of creation, we tried to ignore all political inclinations and stereotypically understood patriotic ideas. We were inspired by youth, courage, steadfastness and the broadly understood truth of defending the belonging, culture and legacy of the society of slaves bound by the shackles of Nazism. Evil - as an obvious element of every war - stirred our imagination and we wanted to honestly and honestly illustrate the exemplary - without distortions - attitudes of young people in the shackles of totalitarianism.

After so many years since the premiere of the album Powstanie Warszawskie, we still see the significant didacticism of those times, the lessons flowing from the methodology of the Columbus generation and their contribution to extending the faith in the freedom and independence of the individual in the face of all kinds of suffering, adversity, aggression and violence. These truths are also true today. They are universal. When we created this album, we did not realize the enormous potential of this music and how it would affect the experiences and values ​​of current generations. Now, after many years, we could see it for ourselves. We would like to thank everyone who noticed our unpretentious approach to the subject back then and, together with us – the authors of this album – transferred this youthful outburst of courage to concert halls, home comforts and everywhere where the Warsaw Uprising was received. It was you who carried this album to the people.

We would like to invite you to the land of our illustrations and once again pay TRIBUTE to those who outlined such a beautiful history with their sacrifice and life.

Oddajemy w Państwa ręce reedycję płyty Powstanie Warszawskie. Album został ponownie zremasterowany i odświeżono szatę graficzną. Ta wyjątkowa dla nas muzyka powstała ponad siedem lat temu i nadal nie traci na swojej aktualności. W procesie tworzenia staraliśmy się pominąć wszelkie inklinacje polityczne oraz szablonowo rozumiane idee patriotyczne. Zainspirowały nas młodość, odwaga, niezłomność i szeroko pojęta prawda obrony przynależności, kultury i spuścizny społeczeństwa niewolników spętanych kajdanami hitleryzmu. Zło – jako ewidentny element każdej wojny – poruszyło naszą wyobraźnię i pragnęliśmy szczerze
oraz rzetelnie zilustrować wzorcowe – bez wypaczeń - postawy młodych ludzi w okowach totalitaryzmu.

Po tylu latach od premiery albumu Powstanie Warszawskie nadal widzimy znaczący dydaktyzm tamtych czasów, nauki płynące z metodyki działań pokolenia Kolumbów i ich wkład w przedłużenie wiary w wolność i niezależność jednostki w obliczu wszelakich cierpień, przeciwności losu oraz agresji i przemocy. Te prawdy sprawdzają się również dzisiaj. Są uniwersalne. Tworząc tę płytę nie zdawaliśmy sobie sprawy jak ogromny potencjał poniesie ta muzyka i jak wpłynie ona na przeżycia i wartości obecnych pokoleń. Teraz, po latach, mogliśmy się o tym przekonać.
