Na albu je 8 písní, je vydáváno po osmi letech, křest alba je 8. září a rokem vydání je rok 2018. V textech je také poprvé užito osmislabičného slova. Toto vše je ale náhoda, nic to neznamená. Že ale každý z nás je kouskem ledu, který jednou roztaje a jestli bude mít tato naše existence i přes svou pomíjivost smysl, to už se neřídí jen náhodou, o to můžeme usilovat. 8 nových písní po 8 letech. 100 let od vzniku republiky v roce 1918, 70 let od neblahého roku 1948, 50 let od neméně neblahého roku 1968. Album Kry dokonce obsahuje jedno osmislabičné slovo. Kry jsou pro Už jsme doma symbolem pomíjivosti, ale také zápasu s ní. Jsou i symbolem cyklu a návaznosti, vědomí sounáležitosti s tím co bylo a s tím co bude, vědomí odpovědnosti při převzetí štafety, jejího poponesení a nakonec jejího předání.
