Janusz Reichel's latest album entitled "the end" brings another installment of his work. The artist has already accustomed us to the fact that each of his albums is stylistically different, and this time it is no different. Some of the presented songs, some fragments of music and lyrics come from the mid-80s, when Janusz played in the bands ZiMA, No Pasaran and EGO 4.5. Very rarely do lyrics by other authors appear on the artist's albums, and here we have two. The album's tissue includes lyrics by Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński and lyrics by a young, daring poet: Tomasz Bąk. The album was recorded during the pandemic at home, i.e. almost entirely DIY. The release is accompanied by a graphic supplement in the form of a photographic booklet. The subtitle of the release is: "records that I could not record myself in the years 1984 - 2020, vol. 1", which allows us to assume (contrary to what the title of the album might suggest) that we may see a continuation.

Najnowszy album Janusza Reichela zatytułowany „koniec” przynosi kolejną odsłonę jego twórczości. Artysta przyzwyczaił nas już do tego, że każdy jego album jest inny stylistycznie i tak jest też tym razem. Część prezentowanych utworów, niektóre fragmenty muzyki i tekstów pochodzą jeszcze z połowy lat 80tych, gdy Janusz grał w zespołach ZiMA, No Pasaran oraz EGO 4,5. Bardzo rzadko na płytach wykonawcy pojawiają się teksty innych autorów a tutaj mamy aż dwa. W tkankę albumu wkomponowany został tekst Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego oraz tekst młodego brawurowego poety: Tomasza Bąka. Płyta została nagrana w czasie pandemii w warunkach domowych, czyli niemal w całości DIY. Wydawnictwu towarzyszy graficzny dodatek w postaci fotograficznego bookletu. Podtytuł wydawnictwa brzmi: „płyty, których nie mogłem nagrać sam w latach 1984 - 2020, vol. 1”, co pozwala nam przypuszczać (wbrew temu co mógłby sugerować tytuł płyty), iż być może doczekamy się kontynuacji.
