Procurator was born in May 2020 based on musicians from the bands Prokurator and Zamach Stanu, which were active in Dębica in the 90s. The band's initial intention was to revive and refresh old, forgotten tracks of local punk/hc bands from the end of the last century. The summary of this period is the album released by Jimmy Jazz Records entitled "Chwila" containing old compositions of Zamach Stanu and Prokurator, which have never had the opportunity to appear in the form of professional recordings and releases. The album is dripping with the atmosphere of old-school punk rock as well as the strength and energy that modern productions have added to it. After recording "Chwila", the band creates new material, and the effects of this work can already be heard at concerts.

Procurator narodził się w maju 2020 roku na bazie muzyków kapel Prokurator i Zamach Stanu, które działały w Dębicy w latach 90. Początkowym zamierzeniem zespołu było wskrzeszenie i odświeżenie starych, zapomnianych numerów lokalnych zespołów punk/hc z końca ub. wieku. Podsumowaniem tego okresu jest wydana przez Jimmy Jazz Records płyta zatytułowana "Chwila" zawierająca stare kompozycje Zamachu Stanu i Prokuratora, które nigdy wcześniej nie miały okazji pojawić się w postaci profesjonalnych nagrań i wydawnictw. Album ocieka klimatem oldschoolowego punk rocka a także siła i energia jakiej dodały mu współczesne realizacje.
Po zarejestrowaniu "Chwili" zespół tworzy nowy materiał, a efekty tej pracy można już usłyszeć na koncertach.
