It's possible this is the last album from the Polish independent scene of the '90s, one of those fondly remembered albums, that didn't receive a vinyl release. But finally, even that has been arranged!

Hokka Hey is a studio album by the Piła band Świat Czarownic, recorded in 1994 at the legendary Złota Skała studio, mixed by Robert Brylewski, and released on CD and cassette. After 30 years, it will finally make its way to vinyl and become a staple in the collection of every 50-year-old punk who values ​​their youth!

Świat Czarownic, in their unique way, combined truly fast and melodic hardcore with the truly rootsy pulsation of reggae, and then spiced it up with a Celtic folk vibe. While many have already fused punk and reggae, Piła has achieved a completely new level of quality. Together with their friendly band Alliance, Świat Czarownic was responsible for the emergence of a whole host of folk-punk bands on the Polish scene in the 1990s.

We dedicate this vinyl to those no longer with us: DÓSIOŁEK, bassist of Świat Czarownic and Alliance, and BACA, the creator of most of the band's artwork, including, of course, the album cover (its modern version was created by Petr Underground Factory).

In the sleeve containing the vinyl, you'll find a massive 20-page booklet with lyrics written by Baca (this is something that couldn't be read on the CD release – now the lyrics are large and clear :)), as well as a multitude of photos and posters from the concerts Świat Czarownic played an impressive number of in the mid-1990s.

Right after the premiere (September 13, 2025, Rozbrat), Świat Czarownic, albeit with a significantly reshuffled lineup, will play its first concert after a long break.

Możliwe, że to ostatnia płyta polskiej sceny niezależnej lat 90-tych, z tych mocno pamiętanych, która nie doczekała się swojej wersji winylowej. Ale wreszcie i to udało się zorganizować!

Świat Czarownic w jedyny w swoim rodzaju sposób, połączył naprawdę szybkiego i melodyjnego hardcore'a z naprawdę korzenną pulsacją reggae, a potem doprawił to celtycko folkowym klimatem. Niby punka z reggae niejeden już skleił, ale w Pile wyszła z tego zupełnie nowa jakość. Wraz z zaprzyjaźnionym Aliansem, Świat Czarownic był odpowiedzialny za wysyp całej masy folk-punkowych zespołów na polskiej scenie lat 90-tych.

Winyl dedykujemy tym których nie ma już między nami: DÓSIOŁKOWI – basiście Świata Czarownic i Aliansu, oraz BACY – autorowi większości grafik związanych z zespołem, w tym oczywiście i okładki tej płyty (jej współczesną wersje opracował Petr Underground Factory).
W kopercie z winylem znajdziecie potężny 20 stronicowy booklet z tekstami napisanymi ręką Bacy, (to jest to, czego nie dało się odczytać z wydania kompaktowego – teraz teksty będą duże i wyraźne :) oraz masą zdjęć i plakatami z koncertów, których Świat Czarownic zagrał w połowie lat 90-tych imponującą ilość.

Zaraz po premierze (13 września 2025, Rozbrat) Świat Czarownic, wprawdzie w mocno przemeblowanym składzie, ale jednak, zagra pierwszy koncert po długiej przerwie.
