Aiselis draws inspiration from post-punk, industrial, and pop of the 1980s and 1990s.

"Sanity Check" is the debut album by Aiselis – a band from the heart of Silesia, where their unruly music is born between the windowpanes and chimneys. For several years, they have been creating a shared sonic language, which describes both the everyday life of post-industrial cities and their own inner states. Dirty, aggressive guitars intertwine with powerful bass and a pulsating, danceable rhythm section. The lyrics – raw, honest, and without illusions – complement the whole. Aiselis draws inspiration from post-punk, industrial, and pop of the 1980s and 1990s, but transforms it into something entirely his own – full of emotion and fierce energy. It's an invitation to journey to southern Poland, into a world of sounds that haunt and refuse to let you stand idly by.

Sanity Check to debiutancki album grupy Aiselis – zespołu z serca Śląska, gdzie między szybami i kominami rodzi się ich niepokorna muzyka. Od kilku lat tworzą wspólny język dźwięków, którym opisują zarówno codzienność postindustrialnych miast, jak i własne wewnętrzne stany. Brudne, zaczepne gitary splatają się tu z potężnym basem i pulsującą, taneczną sekcją rytmiczną. Teksty – surowe, szczere, bez złudzeń – dopełniają całości.
