The album was first released on CD in 2001 by Vivo Records.

Nemesis skillfully mixed styles, moving from ambient trances to long-winded dark ambients, placing industrial scratches in the background of a soft, dance beat, and treating acoustic guitars as an element counteracting the bluntness of the ambient sounds. The music is very plastic, pillowy warm, painted with light strokes of a soft brush.


If we assume that albums have their keywords, then in the case of NEMEZIS it is "passive observation". A world emerges from these 10 songs, but as if through a window, it is devoid of haste and directness. On "Whispers from the Behind the Window" life moves a bit slower, sometimes it's raining, sometimes a pair of someone's eyes is staring at us. This album even has its time - although it lasts over an hour, its sounds enchant forever that short moment of late afternoon, when the day has not yet completely given up to the night, and darkness is just beginning to spread over the world. At the same time, as if denying the ephemeral nature of the material, every minute of this music reflects careful thought and many hours of hard work. There are few Polish albums that make it clearer that seemingly simple sounds are the result of a painstaking creative process. And however brash it may sound, with the help of "Whispers from Behind the Window" Łukasz Pawlak and Maciej Staniecki are able to transform BIOSPHERE. Not that that's their main goal - after all, they just observe the world.

Płyta ukazała się po raz pierwszy na CD w 2001 roku nakładem Vivo Records.

Nemezis zgrabnie wymieszał stylistyki, przechodząc od ambientowych transów do rozwlekłych darkambientów, industrialne chroboty wpisując w tło miękkiego, tanecznego bitu, a akustyczne gitary traktując jako element kontrujący dosadność dźwięków otoczenia. Muzyka jest bardzo plastyczna, poduszkowo ciepła, malowana lekkimi pociągnięciami miękkiego pędzla.


Jeśli założyć że albumy mają swoje słowa–klucze, to w przypadku produkcji NEMEZIS jest nim "pasywna obserwacja". Z tych 10 utworów wyłania się bowiem świat, ale niczym zza szyby pozbawiony jest on pośpiechu i bezpośredniości. Na "Whispers from the Behind the Window" życie toczy się jakby nieco wolniej, czasem pada deszcz, kiedy indziej wpatruje się w nas para czyichś oczu. Ten album ma nawet swoją porę – pomimo, że trwa ponad godzinę w jego dźwiękach na zawsze zaklęta jest ta krótka chwila późnego popołudnia, kiedy dzień nie do końca poddał się jeszcze nocy, zaś mrok dopiero zaczyna rozpościerać się nad światem. Jednocześnie, jakby zaprzeczając ulotnemu charakterowi materiału, z każdej minuty tej muzyki przebija staranny zamysł i wiele godzin ciężkiej pracy. Niewiele jest polskich albumów, na których byłoby dobitniej słychać, iż pozornie nieskomplikowane dźwięki są wynikiem żmudnego procesu twórczego. I jakkolwiek buńczucznie może to zabrzmieć, przy pomocy "Whispers from Behind the Window" Łukasz Pawlak i Maciej Staniecki są w stanie prze–biospherzyć BIOSPHERE. Nie żeby był to ich główny cel – oni w końcu tylko obserwują świat.
