the right hemisphere of our brains, which is processing in a non-reducing, holistic way, is responsible for non-verbal, spatial thinking, for visualisation, intuition and emotions, and for music and atmospheric perception / cognition ! the abilities of our right hemisphere have been heavily suppressed in the past millenniums by the dominance of the left hemisphere of the brain .

"Language of Flames and Sound" jest albumem pod każdym względem niezwykłym i niewątpliwie najlepszym w bogatej dyskografii tego nie istniejącego już zespołu. Począwszy od okładki w kształcie mózgu poprzez koncepcję stymulowania prawej strony mózgu odpowiedzialnej za komunikację niewerbalną aż do samej muzyki - dronowatych i hałaśliwych kolaży dźwiękowych. Co więcej, w swoje misji pobudzenia mojej prawej półkuli MAEROR TRI odnoszą sukces, bo chociaż podczas lektury albumu mam przed oczami bardzo konkretne obrazy za nic nie potrafiłbym ich przenieść na papier. Weźmy chociażby za przykład pierwszy "Viurunge (Last Firing of the Neurons)". Kiedy po wzrastającym napięciu zawodzących motywów na początku utworu nagle wysysa się na nas kakofonia dźwięków, dla mnie brzmi ona niczym obraz z okładki pierwszego amerykańskiego wydania "Neuromancera" Williama Gibsona i wygląda niczym ulewa impulsów gnających szybciej niż światło po nerwowych złączach. Taka sama synestezja występuje w każdym nastepnym, równie trafnie zatytułowanym utworze. "Diving Into Monument" można przyrównać do zagłębiania się w lity kamień, "Entrance of Reality" to odgłosy dopiero rozwijającej się rzeczywistości, "Onus" jest faktycznym brzemieniem, zaś "Origo" zabiera nas do początku wszystkiego. Powyższe to rzecz jasna tylko surowe wyznaczniki olbrzymich wizji, jakie trzej Niemcy wywołują tymi siedemdziesięcioma dwoma minutami. W przypadku żadnej innej płyty wezwanie członków MAEROR TRI nie było bardziej adekwatne: "Słuchaj, Czuj, Przeżywaj".
