Karcer is one of the legendary bands of the Polish punk scene of the eighties, which has existed continuously. The band has been releasing albums infrequently but consistently, convincing fans that they are still in excellent shape, and that the recordings, dosed with the right regularity, gain the right flavor.

The album "Anarchiwa", released in 2007 and very well received, took us back in time, recalling old hits recorded again to commemorate the band's 25 years of activity.

Work on the album lasted over 2 years and as the musicians themselves say, "it's 14 songs that echo the past years and the present. It speaks about us and others. Macabre and decadent fun, what's in our heads and on the streets. It wasn't just about shouting it all out, but providing some emotions while listening to the album.
