The single, 'Prime Audio Soup' from the MBM album Actual Sounds and Voices, was featured in the sci-fi fantasy blockbuster, The Matrix and on its platinum-selling soundtrack. An acknowledged innovator in the electronic music scene, Jack Dangers continues to stretch sonic boundaries and influence new generations of sound activists. As a premiere remixer, producer and sound designer, he has played a seminal role in defining tomorrows? music today. Brytyjska legenda nowoczesnego dubu, Meat Beat Manifesto została założona przez członków synth popowej grupy Perennial Divide – Jacka Dangers'a oraz Johnny'ego Stephens'a w 1987 r. Nowa grupa zaczęła wyznaczać standardy dla industrialu, techno oraz breakbeatu, a album "99%" okazał się wielką inspiracją dla pierwszych lat twórczości grupy The Prodigy. Duet Dangers-Stephens zaczął powoli wchodzić w świat dubu już na płycie Satyricon, na którym słychać pierwsze eksperymentalne podrygi z riddimami. Po przenosinach Jacka z Angli do San Francisco, skład opuścił Johnny. Od tamtej pory Meat Beat Manifesto jest kojarzony wyłącznie z Dangers'em. Zresztą od zarania dziejów tego projektu był on uznawany za jego sonicznego architekta oraz producencki umysł. W latach 1996-1998 pojawiły się dwa kolejne albumy Jacka. Subliminal Sandwich oraz Actual Sounds Plus Voices. Były one dalszym ciągiem, kontynuacji skrupulatnej ewolucji elektronicznego dubu, którego epicentrum nastąpiło na wydanej w 2004 roku płycie "... In Dub". Dangers zawsze zaskakiwał swoją przewrotnością oraz definiowaniem nowych prądów w muzyce.
