Recorded in Berlin and Vienna, the album was the final studio release by the band for the Jive Electro label and took its inspiration from the poems of William Blake. Edgar Froese, Chris Franke & Paul Haslinger utilising the services of guest vocalist Joceylyn Bernadette Smith on a number of tracks, resulting in one of the most inspiring Tangerine Dream albums of their so called Blue Years . This Esoteric Reactive edition is newly remastered and includes two bonus tracks; Vigour and the rare 7-inch mix of Tyger . The reissue fully restores the original album artwork and includes a lavishly illustrated booklet with new essay.
