I met Charles Gayle in the fall of 2013 in London. I'll never forget that meeting. Charles was waiting at the hotel door. From the very beginning, he created no barriers. Our friendship began right then, at Cafe Oto. After the first set, I knew something special had happened. Four years have passed since then, and Gayle still continues to surprise and intrigue me. The music we present to you is the result of our concert with the outstanding drummer Max Andrzejewski, recorded in the fall of 2016 at Warsaw's 12on14 Jazz Club. The music you can hear here is our imagination of the cosmos, a kind of infinity. Solar System is a solar system of music we live and breathe...

Charlesa Gayle'a poznałem jesienią 2013 r. w Londynie. Nigdy nie zapomnę tego spotkania. Charles czekał w drzwiach hotelu. Od samego początku nie stwarzał żadnych barier.
