A unique SBB concert from March 1980. A one-off return to the sources from the times of the Silesian Blues Band. Long, mainly instrumental forms derived from blues. Guitar, bass, drums, sometimes harmonica. And nothing more is needed.
A moment after finishing work on the album "Memento z banalny triptychem", SBB went on a short German tour. They decided to fill their only free day with... an additional performance at Elmshorn. They abandoned complex, progressive forms and Moog synthesizers for a moment and played as if it were 1971 again. It's almost eighty minutes of juicy music from the Silesian Blues Band. A series of extensive improvisations played in a classic rock trio. Lots of references to blues, extensive performances by Apostolis Antymos, passionate playing of Józef Skrzek on the harmonica and the unique groove of Jerzy Piotrowski.
The album includes a complete recording of the performance in "J. B. Club” in Elmshorn on March 14, 1980. The cover of the publication was decorated with graphics by Ryszard Grach, one of the leading book illustrators of the 1970s. The booklet, next to a new note about the route, contains photos and memorabilia. The album continues the "Live Cuts" series, collecting and organizing SBB's concert achievements from the band's entire career - more titles are forthcoming.
Wyjątkowy koncert SBB z marca 1980 roku. Jednorazowy powrót do źródeł z czasów Silesian Blues Band. Długie, głównie instrumentalne formy wywiedzione z bluesa. Gitara, bas, perkusja, czasami harmonijka ustna.
To niemal osiemdziesiąt minut soczystej muzyki spod szyldu Silesian Blues Band. Szereg rozbudowanych improwizacji, zagranych w klasycznym, rockowym trio.
Album kontynuuje serię „Live Cuts”, zbierającą i porządkującą koncertowe dokonania SBB z całej kariery zespołu – w przygotowaniu kolejne tytuły.
