'Stoke' is an album which ranges from soft ambient sounds to sophisticated electronica compositions and was made using Bush, Fidelity and Philips record players, Casio keyboard and Alba portable CD player. All tracks are edits of live performances recorded in Liverpool, Manchester, Osaka, Tokyo and Vienna except 'Lambing', which was recorded at home in part for a film by Lucy Baldwyn.

Niesamowita muzyka. Jeck po raz kolejny udowadnia, że wszelakie muzyczne pętle i powtórzenia wpływają na słuchacza jak magnez. Wszystko kręci się tutaj wokół winyli, z których to, dzięki wyobrazni powstają całkiem nowe utwory trwające po kilkanaście minut. Tacy artyści jak Philip Jeck czy Claus Van Bebber, pokazują nam świat muzyki czy dzwięków w nowym, ale jednocześnie prostym świetle.
