The third studio album of the Swiss legend is hit songs mixed with intriguing experiments. A beautiful ending to one of the most interesting careers in the history of European progressive rock - on CD for the first time in Europe.

The Swiss CIRCUS, founded in 1972, was one of the most interesting progressive bands that shined in Europe in the second half of the 1970s. After recording two studio albums (including the outstanding "Movin' On") and implementing the CIRCUS ALL STARS BAND concert project, the musicians went to the iconic British Trident studio to record their third - and as it turned out - last album in 1980. On "Fearless Tearless and Even Less", the musicians tried to combine classic progressive rock with newer sounds, offering several shorter, almost hit songs. At the same time, the new line-up of the band (this time with keyboard instruments) allowed the band to explore completely different areas, escaping towards progressive electronics and the avant-garde. The result is a whole that successfully combines the mainstream with what is not obvious - and in a daring performance.

"Fearless Tearless and Even Less" is released in Europe for the first time on CD, remastered from the original tapes by Tim Boyce (NYC, USA) and Erman Aydöner (Istanbul, Turkey). The booklet contains a short sketch about music and unpublished photos.

Powstały w 1972 roku szwajcarski CIRCUS był jednym z najciekawszych progresywnych zespołów, jakie w drugiej połowie lat 70. błyszczały w Europie. Po nagraniu dwóch albumów studyjnych (w tym wybitnego „Movin’ On”) i realizacji koncertowego projektu CIRCUS ALL STARS BAND muzycy wyjechali do kultowego brytyjskiego studia Trident, by w 1980 roku zarejestrować swój trzeci – i jak się miało okazać – ostatni album. Muzycy próbowali na „Fearless Tearless and Even Less” połączyć klasyczny rock progresywny z nowszymi brzmieniami, proponując kilka krótszych, niemal przebojowych utworów. Jednocześnie nowy skład zespołu (tym razem z instrumentami klawiszowymi) pozwolił zespołowi penetrować zupełnie inne obszary, uciekając w stronę progresywnej elektroniki i awangardy. Powstała całość, która udanie łączy mainstream z tym, co nieoczywiste – i to w brawurowym wykonaniu.
