Soundreaming is an intermedia project created by the Polish artistic duo Jacek Doroszenko, responsible for music and sound activities, and Ewa Doroszenko, author of graphic works and the visual layer of the project. The first album in the series was released by Audiobulb from the UK and was very well received by international critics. We present the second album from the Soundreaming series, authored by Jacek Doroszenko: "Soundreaming Volume 2: Overlooked Horizons". The album also includes a second disc titled "Soundreaming Compilation", featuring: Ewa Doroszenko, Anna Zaradny, Yann Novak, Autistici, Zenial, Ampscent, Giulio Aldinucci, Grzegorz Doroszenko, Chris Hernandez and Robert Worby.

The sound material was created through a loop of mutual artistic translations by the artistic duo Jacek and Ewa Doroszenko - first, preliminary sound materials are recorded (field recordings, but not only that), in the next step graphic works are created, which are then reinterpreted as scores.



Deaf phone? Autopoietic feedback loop? Exercises in mediated memory? The hydrological cycle translated into the circulation of audio experiences in culture?

In music and sound art, places and spaces are most often perceived through the prism of acoustics or phonographically captured sound objects, which are then compiled into fieldrecording compositions or "soundscape compositions". Materiał dźwiękowy powstał poprzez pętlę wzajemnych artystycznych translacji duetu artystycznego Jacka i Ewy Doroszenko – najpierw rejestrowane są wstępne materiały dźwiękowe (nagrania terenowe, ale nie tylko), w kolejnym kroku powstają prace graficzne, które następnie są reinterpretowane jako partytury.
