The concept of "Bunker Musick" had been growing for a long time in the mind of Tom Axer from DUSSELDORF, who invited Leander Roenick from ELEKTROKRAFT to implement it. This is how Polish-German cooperation was established, within which the artists created quite an intriguing album, inspired by war themes. However, it is neither the apotheosis of heroic struggle nor a tribute to those who die during armed conflicts, but it is only a background to talk about completely different issues. In this case, the title bunker symbolizes a trap from which there is no return, in order to best capture the moment when the emotions and thoughts of a person who has just realized his or her own situation begin to torment them. The whole thing takes place in the mind of an imprisoned soldier locked in a fortress. It is his fear, euphoria, scenes from life flashing by in a fraction of a second, moments of smoldering hope intertwined with anger and a sense of helplessness that fill the subsequent lines, sung by the vocalist in his native language, with content. To give the message a universal character, the title of each track refers to different fortificationse, sometimes located on the other side of the conflict.
The whole thing is enhanced by the character of industrial music, which naturally sets the background for this peculiar psychological study; set somewhere in the electro/EBM aesthetics that both musicians are associated with. Regardless of whether "Bunker Musick" is a bitter judgment on the sense of war in relation to the past, or perhaps a deep reflection in the face of the ongoing conflict in the center of Europe, it is worth checking out this album, interesting both in terms of content and, above all, interesting musically, in especially for those who value the previous work of both DUSSELDORF and ELEKTROKRAFT.

Koncept "Bunker Musick" dojrzewał od dłuższego czasu w głowie Toma Axera z DUSSELDORF, który do jego realizacji zaprosił Leandera Roenicka z ELEKTROKRAFT. W ten sposób zawiązała się polsko-niemiecka kooperacja, w ramach której artyści stworzyli całkiem intrygujący album, zainspirowany tematyką wojenną. Przy czym nie jest ani apoteozą bohaterskiej walki, ani hołdem dla poległych ofiar konfliktów, lecz stanowi ona jedynie tło do poruszenia zupełnie innych zagadnień. W tym przypadku tytułowy Bunkier symbolizuje pułapkę, z której nie ma odwrotu po to, by najlepiej uchwycić moment, w jakim zaczynają targać emocje i myśli osoby, zdającej sobie doskonale sprawę z własnego położenia. Całość rozgrywa się w umyśle uwięzionego, bliżej nieokreślonego, żołnierza zamkniętego w twierdzy. To właśnie jego lęk, euforia, sceny z życia przemykające w ułamku sekundy, chwile tlącej się nadziei, przeplatające się ze złością i poczuciem bezradności wypełniają treścią kolejne wersy, wyśpiewywane przez wokalistę w jego ojczystym języku. By nadać uniwersalnego charakteru, tytuły poszczególnych utworów odnoszą się do różnych fortyfikacji, znajdujących się nieraz po drugiej stronie konfliktu. Całości dodaje smaku charakter industrialnej muzyki, naturalnie kreślącej tło dla tego osobliwego studium psychologicznego; osadzonej gdzieś na przecięciu electro / EBM, nurtów, z których wyrastają obaj muzycy. Bez względu na to, czy "Bunker Musick" to gorzki sąd nad sensownością wojny w odniesieniu do przeszłości, czy może głęboka refleksja w obliczu trwającego konfliktu w środku Europy, warto sprawdzić ten album ciekawy zarówno pod względem treści, jak przede wszystkim interesujący muzycznie, w szczególności dla tych, którzy cenią sobie dotychczasową twórczość zarówno DUSSELDORF jak i ELEKTROKRAFT.
