On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the release of this album (29.06.1995) this year, a special anniversary edition is being released. For the first time, the concert will be available in its entirety

Below is the text with which we described the premiere material 30 years ago. Despite the passage of time, it is still extremely relevant:

VARIETE is one of the few Polish bands that have gained cult status among fans. For many years absent from records and cassettes, they gained audiences during concerts.
It is no wonder that they decided to present a 100% live recording of the concert as their second album. The album "Koncert Teatr STU" is also special because the program of the performance includes legendary compositions from years ago - "Krzyż" and "Bydgoszcz". This is the only opportunity to listen to them from the album, as the band intends to present only new compositions on studio albums, and professional archival recordings do not exist.

The "Koncert" also included premieres. They should surprise everyone who has ever been fascinated by the lyrics of VARIETE. The new songs are a testimony to the changes in the poetry of GRZEGORZ KAŻMIERCZAK, the vocalist of the band, dictated by maturity.

Years ago, thanks to VARIETE, high-class poetry appeared in Polish rock for the first time. However, the band's music was never an accompaniment, but became an equally intriguing complement to GRZEGORZ's poems. The trance rhythm and piercing sounds of the trumpet or saxophone sound as distinct and penetrating as the sparingly weighted words of his poetry.

Z okazji przypadającej w tym roku 30-tej rocznicy wydania tego albumu (29.06.1995) ukazuje się specjalna, jubileuszowa edycja. Po raz pierwszy koncert będzie można usłyszeć w całości, w wersji 2CD i 2LP. Winyl będzie dostępny w kolorze czarnym i w wersji limitowanej „marble blue”. Edycja limitowana to tylko 250 egzemplarzy.
Zarówno płyty kompaktowe jak i winyle zawierają obszerny tekst Leszka Gnoińskiego opisujący okoliczności powstania tej płyty. Wielkie podziękowania należą się również Pawłowi Ładniakowi za mrówczą pracę i uratowanie nagrań.
Poniżej, tekst którym opisywaliśmy premierowy, 30 lat temu, materiał. Mimo upływu czasu jest wciąż niezwykle aktualny:

Nic zatem dziwnego, że jako swój drugi album postanowili zaprezentować zarejestrowany w 100% na żywo zapis koncertu. Płyta „Koncert Teatr STU” jest szczególna również dlatego, że w programie występu znalazły się legendarne wręcz kompozycje sprzed lat – „Krzyż” czy „Bydgoszcz”. Jest to jedyna okazja, aby wysłuchać ich z płyty, jako że na albumach studyjnych zespół zamierza przedstawiać wyłącznie nowe kompozycje, a profesjonalne nagrania archiwalne nie istnieją.
Również na „Koncercie” nie zabrakło premier. Powinny one zaskoczyć wszystkich, których kiedykolwiek zafascynowały teksty VARIETE. Nowe piosenki są bowiem świadectwem, dyktowanych przez dojrzałość, zmian w poezji GRZEGORZA KAŻMIERCZAKA, wokalisty zespołu.
Przed laty, za sprawą VARIETE w polskim rocku po raz pierwszy zaistniała wysokiej klasy poezja. Przy czym, muzyka grupy nigdy nie była akompaniamentem, ale stawała się, równie intrygującym, dopełnieniem wierszy GRZEGORZA.
