The band from Kalisz, which won the hearts of listeners in the early 80s with its lively hard rock of extraordinary impact, won Jarocin '82 and... disappeared a year later. The two-disc anthology documents the entire artistic path of Rekonstrukcja, collecting studio recordings, demos and concert performances at the Jarocin festival from 1982-83.

Polish rock of the 80s is a multi-threaded story, in which, alongside bands that left behind records and cassettes, there are many artists who did not even have a single. Even if - like Kalisz's Rekonstrukcja - they celebrated triumphs at Jarocin, winning the audience award in 1982 (overtaking, among others, RSC). The band captivated the audience with their dynamic, hard rock sound paying homage to the genre's greatest aces from the 70s - although they played harder, more dynamically, in line with the metal of the early 80s.

The first disc of the set contains a complete set of studio recordings and the band's demo, while the second disc contains materials recorded at concerts - mainly during performances in Jarocin. The remastered album is complemented by a large booklet, which includes a complete history of the group written by Andrzej Dąbrowski and a number of unique photos.

Pochodzący z Kalisza zespół, który na początku lat 80. podbił serca słuchaczy żywiołowym hard rockiem o niezwykłej sile rażenia, wygrał Jarocin ’82 i… rok później zniknął. Dwupłytowa antologia dokumentuje całą artystyczną drogę Rekonstrukcji, zbierając nagrania studyjne, demo oraz koncertowe występy na festiwalu w Jarocinie z lat 1982-83.

Polski rock lat 80. to wielowątkowa historia, w której obok zespołów jakie pozostawiły po sobie płyty i kasety jest wielu wykonawców, którzy nie doczekali się nawet pojedynczego singla. Nawet, jeśli – jak kaliska Rekonstrukcja – święcili triumfy w Jarocinie, zdobywając w 1982 nagrodę publiczności (wyprzedzając m.in. RSC). Zespół porwał publiczność dynamicznym, hardrockowym brzmieniem oddającym hołd największym tuzom gatunku z lat 70. – choć grali mocniej, dynamiczniej, na miarę metalowego początku lat 80.

Pierwsza płyta zestawu przynosi komplet nagrań studyjnych i demo zespołu, na drugiej znalazły się za to materiały zarejestrowane na koncertach – głównie podczas występów w Jarocinie. Zremasterowany album uzupełnia obszerna książeczka, w której znalazła się kompletna historia grupy pióra Andrzeja Dąbrowskiego i szereg unikatowych zdjęć.
