In July and August 2025, the band worked at Kultowe Studio in Warsaw on their latest, eleventh album. The musicians' inexhaustible inspiration and talent, their vast experience, and Adam Toczko, a leading Polish sound engineer, resulted in a beautiful, evocative album of the highest caliber. As usual, Closterkeller's music is highly eclectic, yet also united by the band's signature atmosphere. Among the ten tracks, we find atmospheric ballads, charming songs, lush rock pieces, and heavy metal-gothic overtones.

The album sounds beautiful and spacious, and above all, it feels "alive." The production consciously defies the currently dominant trends of digital smoothing and perfecting everything to the point of losing individuality. Argento clearly conveys the fact that it was recorded by live musicians, with all their imperfections but also their soul. The music is filled with genuine passion, message, and emotion. At the same time, Argento is simply a collection of beautifully crafted, melodic, and thoughtful songs. There's no unnecessary or lacking in expression, but there are several potential hits.

Closterkeller no longer needs to prove anything to anyone or compete with anyone. They simply create art, because that's what they were born to do.

A month before Closterkeller's recordings, guitarist Jaro left (though the album does feature one track with him), but the fire was more than effectively extinguished by Mariusz Kumala, who had previously recorded the excellent albums Aurum and Bordeaux with the group. His guitar work elevated the new material to a very high level and is truly a work of art.

W lipcu i sierpniu 2025r. zespół pracował w Kultowym Studio w Warszawie nad swoją kolejną, jedenastą już płytą. Niewyczerpana wena i talent muzyków, ich ogromne doświadczenie oraz osoba Adama Toczko - czołowego polskiego inżyniera dźwięku zaowocowały piękną, sugestywną płytą z najwyższej półki. Muzyka jest jak zwykle u Closterkeller bardzo eklektyczna, ale zarazem spojona charakterystycznym dla grupy klimatem. Wśród dziesięciu utworów na płycie znajdziemy zarówno nastrojową balladę, urokliwe piosenki, soczyste rockowe utwory aż do ciężkich metalowo-gotyckich akcentów.
Płyta brzmi przepięknie i przestrzennie a przede wszystkim jest "żywa". Produkcja świadomie stoi w kontrze do współcześnie dominujących trendów cyfrowego wyrównywania i doskonalenia wszystkiego aż do zatracenia indywidualności. Na Argento słychać wyraźnie, że nagrywana była przez żywych muzyków z ich wszelkimi niedoskonałościami, ale i z duszą. W muzyce tej czuć autentyczną pasję, przekaz i emocje. Zarazem Argento jest po prostu zbiorem bardzo ładnych, melodyjnych i przemyślanych utworów. Nie ma tutaj kompozycji niepotrzebnej lub pozbawionej wyrazu za to jest kilka potencjalnych hitów.

Closterkeller już nic nikomu nie musi udowadniać ani z nikim się ścigać. Oni po prostu tworzą sztukę, bo do tego są stworzeni.
Miesiąc przed nagraniami Closterkeller opuścił dotychczasowy gitarzysta Jaro (na płycie jednak jest jeden utwór z jego udziałem) ale pożar został lepiej niż skutecznie ugaszony przez Mariusza Kumalę, który wcześniej z grupą nagrał świetne płyty Aurum i Bordeaux. Jego gitary wzniosły nowy materiał na bardzo wysoki poziom i są prawdziwymi dziełami.
