With clarinets, piano & bass Free Fall creates magical moods and brings the heritage of Jimmy Giuffres' legendary '60s trio with Paul Bley & Steve Swallow into the new millennium. The Point In A Line is the perfect meeting between the innovative jazz scenes in Oslo & Chicago. It's melancholic, dark, moody but also melodic. The album was recorded in Chicago by Jason Ward & the post production was done by Ward, Vandermark & Bob Weston (Shellac).
