Rockabilly began in the Fifties with Elvis Presley and is still going strong in the hands of a new generation of ‘cats’, to whom the fashion and the lifestyle are as important as the country-meets-bluesy music they produce. Names like the Wolftones, Sabrejets and the Razorbacks may sound like something out of the music history books, but current rockabilly acts are creating a new legacy rather than relying on past glories.
