Projekt "Tria" powstał wiosną 2003 roku podczas sesji nagraniowej w Warszawskiej Akademii Muzycznej. Wkrótce po tym zespół zaczął grać koncerty, także z użyciem środkow wizualizacyjnych, co było wtedy nowością.
Bronislaw Szalanski i jego TriA gra muzykę improwizowaną ale album zawiera także niektóre muzyczne pomysły, melodie i rytmy powstałe podczas koncertów.

BRONISLAW SZALANSKI has moved around quite a bit, and you can tell by the variety of his releases. His career began in Poland, and between 1996 and 2000 he performed on Jazz Radio Big Band, the International Jazz Festival in Olsztyn, the International Jazz Gold Meeting in Llawa, with Polish jazz great Jan Plaszyn Wroblewski at his 40th anniversary show, and he came in third at the Jazz Juniors’ 24th International Competition. He also composed and performed original music for Nieboska komedia,a theatrical production by Not Gods Comedy performed at the Kwadrat Theatre in Warsaw. He spent 2000 in Germany, where he played a national tour with B Shop (a project he started in 1998) and at the Jazz Garden Festival in Frankfurt, Germany with Dr. Burkard Kunkel on bass clarinet. In 2001 he moved to Chicago, where he performed at various venues,including Andy’s, The Green Mill, Weeds with The Temple Triofeaturing R.J.
