Brazilian singer Kenia has been characterized by many critics and fans as one of the most unique performers you can hear today.

By waving musical elements of her native Brazilian, American Pop and Jazz, she explores her cross-cultural roots and creates an exciting individual style.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, she reflects the pulse and intensity of her homeland. Her deep tone, which has the infectuous charm of an Astrud Gilberto, and has been described as a „wonderfully expressive vocal instrument that throbs with sultry intensity“ takes its full power in her native language Portuguese but is equally evocative in English.
In fact, it is perhaps Kenia’s ability to apply the English language without losing any of the Brazilian touch that has made her so popular with the world-wide audience.
