The complete classic album Porgy and Bess by Miles Davis with the Gil Evans orchestra - plus, as a bonus, four extra tracks featuring Miles playing Gershwin tunes with jazz giants such as Sonny Rollins, Thelonious Monk and Milt Jackson. Porgy and Bess was Miles Davis and Gil Evans' second conceptual album (they had worked together back in the late 1940s on the celebrated "Birth of the Cool" nonet sessions and would record their first conceptual LP Miles Ahead in 1957).
