This funny author album Nešišlej by the artist Amálka K. Třebická is intended not only for children, but also for adult listeners. The album was recorded at the instigation of a speech therapist but it doesn’t pretend to be a scientific text. The CD Nešišlej is supposed to be an addition for all small children to practice the often grueling problematic letters. For older children it works as an aid to clearer speech, which is becoming a big problem in recent years in our current concise e-culture. Eighteen songs can be described as acoustic crossover, especially because the feeling the songs evoke.

Very important role is given here to the lyrics, which are all except three (Miroslav Hanuš) written by Amálka K. Třebická. Each text is focused on one problematic letter, so by repeating the song, the selected letter is being practiced and it is done in a very subtle way. In addition, despite the sometimes a bit rough first impression, the lyrics are ethical and have a moral dimension. And how the idea to record such a thematically strong album originated is explained by the author Amálka K. Třebická. “I have been working with kids for many years and during this time many songs were created. The kids sang them at home too and one of the mums – a speech therapist – came with an idea that she successfully uses some of them in her practice and whether I wanted to make more of them.“

Expert opinion: From a point of view of a speech therapist, the album Nešišlej! is a welcomed tool for my work and for the parents as well. The form of a song is great for subtle, yet highly effective practice of particular problematic letters; it significantly helps to acquire correct speech habits while it naturally teaches children the rhythm of speech. The lyrics by Amálka K. Třebická are original and funny, the occasional difficult word is balanced by topics which are attractive for children and by an add.......
