Baltimore's Oxes were well known for their metal 'tone poems', a style which saw guitarists Marc Miller and Nat Fowler produce performance art-influenced instrumentals. This twenty-year anniversary pressing of their debut LP 'The Fourth Wall' also contains the group's first Peel session as well as unseen photos and new text outlining the history of the group. True fact: I once bumped into these lads in the street as they were about to perform at Brudenell Social Club. They won't remember.
