Lola’s World Records marks “the Latin Influence” in World Wide Music scene with its fresh release “Latin Garden Vol.3”. Articulate, cross cultural, and versatile in its mood deliveries, the double CD, compiled and mixed by Germany based DJ Gulbahar Kultur, features a collection of artists from Mexico, Argentina, Germany, Congo, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Japan, Uruguay, Puerto Rico, Belgium, Chile, Switzerland, Italy, Cuba, the US, Brazil, Colombia and the UK.
Obvious through the many styles and origins of the songs covered and brought together in the album, Latin music is growing for new dimensions with electronica, remixing and other music styles’ encountering the traditional rhythms of Argentinean tango, Afro-Cuban son, Brazilian bossa nova and Colombian cumbia. Latin, for many the equivalent of passion and beat connotationally, is embraced by almost every country over the world as seen in “Latin Garden Vol.3” that points at the magical blend of modern musical trends and traditional Latin styles.
The first CD of the double compilation, named “La Magia de los Tonos” (the magic of the tones) has a warm, downtempo electronica sound getting almost ethereal at times, whereas the second CD titled “El Poder de los Ritmos” (the power of rhythms) carries the vigour and the beat, classical for Latin style.
“Latin Garden Vol.3” is the third double compilation album on Latin music by the prolific DJ Gulbahar Kultur, well known for her works on Global Beats. After the success of the first two albums, she again comes up with an insightful work to bang the parties and to set the hearts free with “Latin Garden Vol.3” that includes the cream of today’s international Latin music featuring such diverse artists as Supervielle, the youngest member of Bajofondo Tango Club performing a fusion of acoustic tango and electronic music, part of an evo.......
