Only one band could play California punk, in Polish, but in a way that wouldn't leave a fly in the face. They were called UPSIDE DOWN, and they had melodies like no other in this country, plus brilliant lyrics: punk and witty.

This was their third studio album, the second recorded at the Swedish Soundlab studio, because they also cared about "quality"! "Puzzle" features 18 hits, ostensibly "American," yet native to the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Exactly 20 years have passed since the release of this explosive album, and the band is still shying away from the triumphant kambek, so let's at least have some fun listening to "Puzzle" on vinyl for the first time.
The editing is fabulous, the mastering is a masterpiece.

Punka z Kalifornii, po polsku, ale tak że mucha nie siada, potrafił zagrać tylko jeden zespół. Nazywali się UPSIDE DOWN i mieli melodie jak nikt inny w tym kraju, a do tego błyskotliwe teksty: punkowe i dowcipne.

To była ich trzecia studyjna płyta, druga nagrana w szwedzkim studio Soundlab, bo dbali też o „jakość”! „Puzzle” to 18 hitów niby „amerykańskich”, a jednak kujawsko-pomorskich. Mija równe 20 lat od premiery tej wystrzałowej płyty, zespół wciąż się miga przed triumfalnym kambekiem, więc przynajmniej zróbmy sobie frajdę słuchając „Puzzli” po raz pierwszy z winyla.
