Kašpárek v Rohlíku (Jack in the Roll), is a theatre performance for children, a band, a show, lot of fun, Bejbypank, a marquee, stars and maybe even the Jack. Jack in the Roll has started two years ago with the performance of South Bohemian Theatre Puppet Show in České Budějovice followed by super successful album Bejbypank. The following festival tour and reactions of the audience confirmed the fact that there is no other similar project running right now in our country. That is why the director of the play, text writer and project dramaturge David Dvořák has decided, together with other cofounders of Jack in the Roll, to continue and prepare a new performance and new CD as well. The “Jack Forever” album picks up where the album Bejbypunk left off. It is still addressed to both children and adults and it is combining extremely high-quality musical material with excellent lyrics and unique performers. And most importantly, Jack in the Roll offers a novel and genius humor that loosens up the sardonic tenseness invoked by some other attempts at fun for children.

While the Bejbypank album was sometimes almost strictly punk the newer version of Jack has absorbed another colors of world music influences and so is the album multi-layered in the sense .......
