New Brasil and the Gallowbrothers Band album combines recordings from two live apereances, but it isn't typical live album. As most of records of the band it's rather kind of improvised concept album. All music included on cd is new. "In the Rain in The Noise" shows new face of Brasil..., unknown for all who knows the band only from studio recordings. More ambient and experiment oriented, more psychedelic and free.
All the recordings were made during live shows in Poznan and Antonin, in 2010.

Brasil and the Gallowbrothers Band combines ambient, psychedelia, postrock and new wave. They build improvised songs with sounds of guitar, analog synthesizers, ethnic instruments, voices and field recordings. Surrealistic experiments and fragments of avantpop songs are melted in throbbing trans and strange atmosphere. Trio of T.E.R., Rafał Michałowski and Tomek Mirt is working together as Brasil and The Gallowbrothers Band since 2000. They made four albums under this name, and many more as Mirt, One Inch of Shadow and Dominic Savio for the labels from Poland and USA. Recordings of all this projects apeared on many compilations all over the world.

Nowy album Brasil and the Gallowbrothers Band zbiera nagrania z dwóch koncertów, niemniej nie jest typowym albumem koncertowym. Jak większość płyt grupy to raczej improwizowany concept album. Wszystkie nagrania to zupełnie nowe utwory. "In the Rain in The Noise", tym którzy znali dotychczas zespól jedynie z nagran studyjnych ukaże zupelnie nowe oblicze grupy. Bardziej ambientowe, eksperymentalne, bardziej swobodne i psychedeliczne.
