"...Najnowsza płyta nowojorskiego klarnecisty i saksofonisty Marty Ehrlicha to dzieło bardzo wyciszone. Nagrana właściwie w duecie (tylko w czterech kompozycjach dołącza tubista Marcus Rojas lub grający na akustycznej gitarze basowej Jerome Harris), delikatnie odwołuje się do muzyki żydowskiej. Mało tu bowiem wprost zaczerpniętych z tradycji tematów (prawie wszystkie kompozycje są autorstwa lidera), a Ehrlich kreśli formę poszczególnych utworów w niezwykle delikatny, przesycony tęsknotą sposób. Muzyka nabiera większej prędkości, gdy dołącza Rojas na tubie, to on stymuluje i nadaje pęd oraz nieco bardziej ludyczny charakter muzyce - te utwory dzielą całą płytę na części. Ehrlich gra delikatnie, rzadko bardzo uciekając się do chwytów rodem z free jazzu - przedęć i "brudnych" dźwięków. Pokazuje, że potrafi grać nawet karkołomne frazy. Najciekawiej wypadają jednak te utwory, gdy partnerujący mu Hankus Netsky chwyta za akordeon. Właśnie w tym połączeniu - klarnetu lub saksofonu z akordeonem - muzyka zdaje się znajdować swoją pełnię.
