Manufaktura Legenda and Archiwum Trasa W-Z are pleased to announce that on July 23, 2012, the next title in the series "Music from Jarocin" will be released: a vinyl longplay by the band Wiosna "Lecą Żurawie". The album contains a complete recording of an amateur recording session at the Żuraw Culture Center in Lubin, recorded in February 1988, and is the band's second album in the Jarocin series after the CD "Dziewczyny Karabiny".

Wiosna is a new wave quartet from Lubin that won the Journalists' Award at the Jarocin Festival in '88. In the same year, the group won the National Youth Song Review '88 and declined the invitation at the Opole Festival. The face and voice of Wiosna was the charismatic vocalist and songwriter, Kasia Jarosz. Thanks to her, the group introduced intriguing and ambiguous lyrics to the area of ​​Polish rock.

The album has a double cover. The "art" version was designed by artist Jadwiga Sawicka, while the "photo" version presents a color photo of the group by Mirosław Stępniak.

Easter is published in a circulation of 500 copies, in cooperation with the MUZA Cultural Center in Lubin.

Album przynosi kompletny zapis z amatorskiej sesji nagraniowej w Domu Kultury Żuraw w Lubinie, zarejestrowanej w lutym 1988 roku i jest to druga po CD „Dziewczyny Karabiny” płyta zespołu w jarocińskiej serii.

Wielkanoc to nowofalowy kwartet z Lubina, który zdobył Nagrodę Dziennikarzy na Festiwalu w Jarocinie’88. W tym samym roku grupa wygrała Ogólnopolski Młodzieżowy Przegląd Piosenki’88 oraz odrzuciła zaproszenie na Festiwalu w Opolu. Twarzą i głosem Wielkanocy była charyzmatyczna wokalistka i autorka tekstów, Kasia Jarosz. Za jej sprawą grupa wprowadziła w obszar polskiego rocka intrygujące i wieloznaczne teksty.

Płyta jest opatrzona podwójną okładką. Wersję „art” zaprojektowała artystka Jadwiga Sawicka, zaś wersja „foto” prezentuje kolorowe zdjęcie grupy autorstwa Mirosława Stępniaka.

Wielkanoc ukazuje się w nakładzie 500 egzemplarzy, we współpracy z Centrum Kultury MUZA w Lubinie.
