The music of Five Countries migrates - like traditional musicians taking their music from Ireland and Scotland to America or from Romania and Hungary to Spain. It takes the sounds of their five countries to places and cultures familiar and less so. This is music of quality borne of passion by three musicians each with their own personally crafted and uniquely honed sound.

Jego Five Countries Trio, które wydało właśnie płytę dla uznanej wytwórni Edition Records (Kenny Wheeler, Phronesis Trio, Tore Brunborg, Alexi Tuomarila, Olavi Louhivuori, Tom Harrell, Slowly Rolling Camera, John Taylor, Dave Stapleton, Thomas Stronen, Norma Winstone) z wielką wyobraźnią wykorzystuje elementy muzyki Afryki Zachodniej, Irlandii i Wielkiej Brytanii, które swoją brzmieniową charakterystyką znacząco poszerzają język jazzu.
