"8: Kindred Spirits (Live from the Lobero)", bo taki nosi tytuł jubileuszowe wydawnictwo zawiera materiał zarejestrowany w Lobero Theatre w Santa Barbara w Kaliforni. Saksofonista i kompozytor Charles Lloyd obchodził tam 80-te urodziny, a było to 15 marca 2018 roku.
W koncercie wzięli udział m.in. gitarzysta Julian Lage, pianista Gerald Clayton, basista Reuben Rogers i perkusista Eric Harland, a także goście specjalni Booker T. Jones oraz basista i jednocześnie szef wytwórni Blue Note Records – Don Was.
