The album contains compositions by the versatile composer and cellist Tomasz Skweres, whose work is distinguished by his boldness in reaching for a broad performing apparatus and unusual instrumental combinations. This is music that is truly on the border between reality and apparition, operating in a constant dialogue of colors, rhythms and dynamics. The composer exploits the full potential of the symphony orchestra – the percussion functions in an almost constant, tense exchange with the string and wind instruments and the vocals, which in the presented pieces borders on melorecitation at many moments.

The artists who have faced the extremely demanding matter of Skweres' work are well-known and outstanding performers of contemporary music, soloists and bands from Poland and Austria, who once again present the listener with an outstanding interpretation of pieces from which, despite the complicated matter, it is difficult to break away. The intention to draw the listener into a spatial, multidimensional world of sounds and to hold them in a timeless space is fulfilled here one hundred percent.
