Mariana Sandals is pure punk rock in its truest Polish form. It's a lifestyle, a vision of self, and the most underground story of the punk rock lifestyle you might never have heard of.

For this band to form in the '90s, everything that had to be done was done. Every twisted plot line that needed to be pulled off was, and the real-life locations and events will inspire epic film stories about drugs, alcohol, sex, decline, and destruction for years to come.

The history of Mariana Sandals itself dates back to 2007, where, after years of rock 'n' roll and a "free" lifestyle, we find Pajęczyna at the Monar Center in Milejowice. Despite the dark, gray, and sad side of life, he still has a passion for music, forming the band's first lineup, composing his first songs, and playing his first concerts. From then on, for the next seven years, Pajęczyna traded his addiction for music, constantly fighting for Marian's Sandals. August 2023 and August 2024 are two new incarnations of Sandals, resulting from years of diligent and painstaking work organizing the band. The shared vibe and the experiences of the current lineup contribute to the individual and sincere nature of the lyrical and musical sound.

Marian and his Sandals currently perform extensively, playing both old songs, reminiscent of the times of long winters and cheap wine, commemorating what was and telling it like it is. In the meantime, Sandały are tirelessly working on new material, ensuring they retain the spirit and scent of the good old Marian Sandals. A wonderful example of this is "Polska," "Sandały," and "Mamo," which, when played today, still resonate with the energy of yesteryear. Thanks to the strangest fate in the world, the truest, most surreal band of individualists to walk this earth has been formed.
