"Navigator's Yard" is a collection of instrumental pieces and songs. It comes in a Digifile (cardboard cover) with an 8 page booklet.
"This is a bit of an extension of the above. During the same timespan, I was also writing instrumental pieces for a friends funeral and also using the piano to work through my grief and feelings of pain and isolation. All the pieces come from there, we never thought that somebody would release it, it was sort of a private collection of pieces inspired by grief and funerals in particular. We have a piece for 18 cellos and a piano which is very meditative which we will be recording this summer which continues my love of instrumental music. The music on NY was recorded similarly in the studio but the majority of it was recorded in the old church to capture the noises there, traffic outside, squeaks, hisses." (Chris Hooson)
