The name David Lavaysse will ring a bell for anyone with a liking for new exiting music. This young talented (and acclaimed) man hides under the name of I N Fused.

A real activist, David maintains a close and continuous relationship with music since his first concerts and recordings with the band Cispeo, then quickly as a solo artist under the name Dave's Infusion.

His inspired DIY owe as much to his love for musical tinkering about (toy piano, carillons, sitar, Venezuelan cuatro... and several other objects turned into percussions) as to his passion for electronic music. David's LoFi groove has already been featured on several compilations and has blossomed into a gorgeous first solo album Expectations released in 1999 through Les Disques Serpentines record label. Another album (released through MK label) compiled unreleased and old material.

At the controls of I N Fused, after V0.1, a first 12" published by the Montpellier-based label Plug&Play, David Lavaysse now proves he is one of the most talented wizards of the French electro scene.

Kind of clue is an evolution of his first recordings, in which one can feel a shift towards a funkier universe, with a partiality for the groovy origins of this music. His successive experiments, his daily use of home studio allow him to completely master his compositions and to develop a truly personal sound. A sound which proves he is a skilful remixer, fully appropriating the tracks he works on to produce a brand new version.

This is a quality he had the opportunity to develop with the support and experience of Paul Kendall's (Depeche Mode, Jimmy Tenor, Barry Adamson...) mixing "Kind of clue".
